Everything we ship, improve and fix, explained in plain language. If it's here, it's live.
You can now see all Spleet updates in one place: spleet.ai/changelog. A timeline with every improvement, new feature or fix, with direct links to share specific entries.
When creating a producer agreement you can now agree on an advance: a percentage of the fee is paid at signing and the rest when the files (master and stems) are delivered.
Before, if you were missing identity verification you had to jump to another page and come back. Now your approval is saved first and verification opens right there, on the spot.
You can now sign your split sheet even if a participant hasn't added their IPI number yet. The work's registration with your collecting society (SGAE, ASCAP…) waits and fires automatically once everyone has added theirs.
Same plan, new name. It better reflects who it's for: artists, songwriters and producers creating and signing their splits.
If a collaborator's publisher doesn't have an account, you can now invite them by email from the composer. They get a link, claim their details, and the split sheet is complete.
Publishers can now create complete split sheets from their cockpit: search their roster, add external publishers and review each work's publishing chain before sending it out for signature.
When your collecting society approves a work's registration, you get notified by email, WhatsApp and in-app, including the work code they assigned.
Guides and resources in plain language about splits, rights and royalties: how a split sheet works, what an IPI number is, why registering your works matters…
Create a full producer agreement without leaving WhatsApp: the assistant asks for the parties and terms, and the contract arrives ready to sign.
